The PNG BAN is a coalition of 60 business and civil society leaders from diverse backgrounds working together to advocate for regulatory reforms that promote women’s participation in the economy using a Women’s Business Agenda (WBA) as a guide to selected priority areas for reform.

The Women's Business Agenda is both a vital tool with a supporting process to advocate for women in business by mobilizing business communities and civil society stakeholders. With the support of Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), the PNG Business Advocacy Network conducted research throughout 2020 and 2021, to develop and eventually launch the first PNG Women's Business Agenda in 2022. The key intent of the PNG BAN was to address major challenges that both business and professional women face. The WBA offers concrete recommendations and reforms to remove these barriers and improve the business climate for women.

We Are Hiring!

The PNG BAN seeks a short-term researcher to assist in developing a second iteration WBA. To find out more, click here or download the Terms of Reference below.
